It's Out of My Hands

The sock is currently with my dad waiting to be tried on after he has his shower tonight. He refused to try it on before he showered. I tried convincing him to do it right away (I'm a little anxious about the new heel) even suggesting that he could just wash one foot quickly. He just wouldn't do it. He's a stubborn old coot. There, I said it. Now you all know where I get it from. I sure hope it fits but if not, you know I'll be ripping back to make these bad boys fit me.

Loving those socks. So are you secretly crossing your fingers and hoping that they don't fit...'cause I would be. And yes, Dad's just seem to be old Coots.

So pretty sock!! I love the texture and color. Your dad is just like my DH! He refuses to try on new socks that I made. I blocked them and hope they will fit him. Grin!!

Great cable socks! I love the color. I think they would have looked pretty going down the front - but not for your dad! I like them this way for him. I can understand the whole - shower first thing - but don't blame you for trying to get him to wash just one foot.
LOL
