Laurie got her yarn, started swatching, and is now off and running on her back...

This pattern and the kal pics look so great - I am 90% ready to join this kal; if I were to make Trinity for my Mom (ladies size 14 - sometimes a 16) how many hanks would I need?
I prefer a skein with 350 yards of yarn - sport weight for a woman's sock size 9.
