They match except for the heel and toe. Not bad considering I really wasn't being anal about it to begin with. I have to tell you that I'm really proud of myself for sticking with this pair. As we've already established, last week sucked. I did not knit one stitch all last week nor much of the week before since my nerves were shot just thinking about the week I had ahead of me. And looking back, I should have known last Thursday was not going to be a good day when I came downstairs and heard my hubby shout from my desk..."Don't be mad." He didn't want me to be mad at this...
Oh sure, he looks sweet and innocent enough but don't be fooled. Let me show you what he's really like...
This is mild compared to what it looked like before Bran spent hours trying to fix it. Yes, VERY proud of myself for finishing.

You should have photoshopped the cat's eyes to be red. He's clearly posessed.
Moments like that are why cats are very, very cute. It is the only thing that keeps them alive. He is cute too.
The socks look great despite the "help". I like when they aren't completely matcht-matchy.
The socks looks really fine, your dad is a lucky guy.
About cats, I have a mother and 4 kittens here, they hav discovered my yarn, so I had to hide it away. They also likes my curtains, that is not funy at all.
Have a nice week.
OMG! Great that you finished those socks. He has that "You cannot touch me because I am CUTE!" Gotta hate it when they do that.
=:8
Hooray! Those socks look GREAT!! And isn't Bran just the sweetest??
:)
Well, he does look pretty innocent there. Congrats on detangling, I probably would have just bought a new ball. I hate tangled messes.
