Yup, it certainly has. I was thinking about it this morning and I have to say that I've more than accomplished everything I set out to do last year. I've made some wonderful friends that I'm so thankful for. ;-) I joined Secret Pal 6 and had such a great time. Not only did I go on to participate in SP7 & SP8, but I also hostessed as well. What an experience that is. I'm really looking forward to doing it again for SP9. I've kept up with the blog a lot better than I honestly thought I would too. I have a tendency to start things and not finish (remember the list of WIP's a few posts ago???) and I was afraid I might do the same with the blog. But I haven't and that feels really good. It also makes me look even that much more forward to the following year. :-)
Since it is my blogaversary, I figure it's only fitting to have a little drawing. :-) Stop by and say hi between now and Friday at noon. I'll throw your name into a hat and draw a winner some time Friday night.

It's the new SixSoxKAL and it's really fun. I've never done a hemmed cuff before and I really like it. I just might start using it more often. I love the picot edging. I'm working it from a ball of this...
I believe I'm using the one that's second from the left. I picked these up for $3.95 per ball from someone who posted on the knitswap list. Very nice yarn to work with. I expected it to be splitty but it's not. I wish I could remember who I got them from because I'd love to get some more now.

You've done much better at keeping your blog up than I have, Kerry. It's been an eventful year and I've enjoyed keeping up with your news and getting to know you. You're a very special lady.
