It's a regular hot dog on a bun topped with a meaty (hamburger) tomato sauce, mustard and onion. It is heaven.

yummmmm One probably should wear a bib though - mustard and tomatoe sauce don't wear well but boy does that look good.
Never had one of them, but I've had a chili dog once and got sick as could be.......LOLS.
