I know what you mean about Bad(that's an understatement) service we as customers receive now a days. Received similar service from the Brick this weekend and I'll post the gory details in my blog later today. Some of these managers couldn't manage their way out of a paper bag if they had too. I am well aquainted with that Tiny rat's ass, by the way....I frequently run into people who don't give one either...which mkes you wonder - are teeny tiny rat behinds such a wonderful thing to have that no one can bear to part with one??? What sort of person gets that attached to a rodent rear...I will spare you any more of this...
