Kelly - I've mostly used worsted Lamb's Pride held double for the soles of the clogs I've knit and they seem to be holding up really well. If you wear them on carpet though they won't last as long as the friction wears the soles much faster. We have all hardwood so there's no issue here. I think if I had carpet I'd buy the leather soles Fiber Trends sells to prolong their life. Hope this helps! :-)

It does indeed. I've got mostly carpet (and berber at that) so that definitely helps sway me that it wasn't so much me or the yarn but the floors to blame. I'd looked at the leather soles and think I'm going to have to pick some up. Thanks!
Btw, I really like that white dishcloth. The little hearts are just too cute!
I made the same dishcloth as the white one but in red probably for the same swap :)
